Is the price on the product page the final price?
Yes. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. The price you see when you choose your options is the price you pay for the goods. UK mainland delivery is £7.95 per order and free on orders of £99 and over, shown at checkout before you pay.

We deliver to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales for £7.95 per order, free on orders of £99 and over. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, contact us and we will quote delivery before you order.
How long will my order take?
Each product page shows the working days needed to make your order for each turnaround option, such as Saver, Standard or Express. Production starts once your order and artwork are confirmed. After dispatch, standard courier delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
Do you check my artwork before you print?
Yes. If you design online, you see exactly what you’ll get on screen, and that is what we print. If you upload your own file, a person from our team checks it will print well (resolution, size and bleed) and tells you if anything needs fixing. Our paid design services include a first design and 2 rounds of changes.
What if I do not have print-ready artwork?
Where a product offers it, choose artwork help in the options and our designers will set up your file. You can also send us a logo, photos and your wording, and we will tell you what is possible before you order.
